Information for Property Owners

We know that you are often torn between the desire to rent to people with pets and the added risk they may pose to your property.  At petrent.net, part of our mission is to introduce a responsible pet guardian to the property owner.  As a landlord once said to me "...I take a degree of comfort in know that anyone who comes to me through your service is probably a responsible pet owner because seeking out and purchasing your service displays responsibility and seriousness.  Why would I rent to someone who’s not willing to invest a few dollars to find he and his pet proper housing?  This probably means they're not willing to do the other things they should be doing for their pets and that's the type of pet owner landlords fear renting to...”

Realtors and Property Owners may list their rental units with us for FREE as long as they are pet friendly.  You may designate any stipulations regarding pets, including the right to turn down an applicant after meeting his or her pet if you don't feel comfortable with the animal.
