Dear www.petrent.net customer,

We are truly sorry to hear that our service did not work for you.  Following are instruction on how to apply for a refund.

Please note that all of the following parameters must be met for a refund to be issued:

ü      Your 90 day membership must have expired

ü      When you first joined you must have filled out the “describe the type of property you are looking for” portion of your membership form

ü      You must provide a copy of a signed and dated lease of a property that you found not through our service.  If your new landlords name and contact information is not on the lease, please provide that as well.
 

ü      You must include a copy of your original order which was received via email when you first purchased the service.

I’m sure you can understand that it is only with these strict guidelines that we can offer our money back offer as without them too many people would (and have) take advantage of us.  Once you submit this form and each of the four above criteria our returns and rebate office staff will double check to ensure that we did not list at least 8 properties that met the requirements that you informed us of during your membership period.
